Home / Texas / TCEQ NOI: filing in STEERS
When do you need a TCEQ NOI for construction stormwater?
Under TXR150000, the primary operator of a large construction site (5 acres or more, or part of a larger common plan of 5+ acres) must submit a Notice of Intent to TCEQ before construction begins, electronically through STEERS. Small sites under 5 acres do not file an NOI. The online fee is $225. TXR150000 Part II.E.2-3 TCEQ fee
