SWPPP Desk is a brand of Vertexium Environmental Solutions LLC.

Two strictly necessary cookies, set only by the checkout site check. When you pass the site check on a plan page, we set sd_gate (a signed record of your answers, not readable by page scripts) and sd_gate_view (the plan, state, terms version and time you agreed, so the intake form can show them). Both expire after 7 days. They exist only so checkout and the intake form know you passed the check. swpppdesk.com does not use browser storage to track you across sites and runs no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

Small scripts run. On every page, a small first-party script records the page view for our own funnel count (see above). On plan pages, a script checks your site-check answers as you go. On the intake form, a script copies your order reference from the link in your receipt and your site-check result into the form. Newsletter forms send your signup to our newsletter service. On pages that show an email address, Cloudflare's email-address protection script shows the address to people and hides it from spam robots. None of these scripts sets a cookie; all cookies above are set by our server.

Third parties you may meet:

• Fonts. Our typefaces are served from swpppdesk.com itself. No font service sees your visit.
• Cloudflare. Our host handles network data to deliver and protect the site. It asks browsers to send network error reports (a standard called NEL) to Cloudflare. If Cloudflare needs to check for automated traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
• Stripe. Checkout happens on Stripe's site (buy.stripe.com), which uses its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention under Stripe's cookie policy.

First-party measurement cookies. sd_vid (a random visitor ID, 1 year), sd_ft (the first campaign tag you arrived with, such as utm_source, a short code or a referral code, 1 year) and sd_lt (the latest one, 30 days). We use them only to count which of our own channels lead to orders. If you order, we store the visitor ID and campaign tag with your order record. They are read only by swpppdesk.com, never shared, and not used for advertising or to follow you on other sites.

We use no third-party or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. You can delete or block these cookies in your browser; the site and checkout still work, and only the two site-check cookies are needed to order. If we ever add a third-party or advertising cookie, we will update this notice first and ask for consent where the law requires.
