SWPPP Desk prepares site-specific stormwater pollution prevention plans for construction sites, for a fixed price, by email. It is a brand of Vertexium Environmental Solutions LLC, based in Krugerville, Texas.

Who prepares the plans

Prepared by our team led by Mohamed Elansary, PhD, using software and AI agents. No person reviews individual plans before delivery. We are not a licensed engineering firm and do not seal plans. The operator reviews, completes and signs the plan and is responsible for it.

How we work

We add a state only after we check its construction general permit text, and we list the conditions for each state on coverage by state.
A site check before payment compares your answers with the scope we can serve and stops orders we cannot take, so you do not pay for a plan we cannot write.
Checkout opens only for permits we have mapped item by item from the permit text. Software assembles each plan from that map and your answers, an AI agent writes the narrative sections, and automated checks must pass before delivery. Your drawings are attached as the site maps.
Our guides cite the permit section behind each rule and show the date we checked it.
We work in writing: every exchange is by email and kept on record.

What we do not do

Site visits or inspections.
Filing with your permitting authority or paying permit fees.
PE stamps, sealed drawings or engineering design.
Legal advice.
