Points that are easy to miss
- Send a copy of the NOI and acknowledgment letter to the MS4 within 7 days if the site drains to an MS4.
- Coverage expires after 5 years; renew 2 days before expiry.
- Every contractor and subcontractor must sign the SWPPP certification before working.
- Separate ERP permit from the water management district is still required.
- FDEP is rewriting the CGP (draft rule July 22, 2026).
What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to 62-621.300(4)(a) (coverage IDs FLR10/FLR20...), with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open in Florida. State ruling: Sell. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
