In North Dakota, construction stormwater coverage comes from NDPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Construction Activities (permit no. NDR11-0000), issued by North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality (NDDEQ). It took effect April 1, 2025 and expires March 31, 2030.

- Coverage starts 7 days after a complete NOI (Part I(C)(2)).
What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to NDR11-0000, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open in North Dakota. State ruling: Sell. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
