Points that are easy to miss

Coverage ends automatically when the prepaid years run out: file an NOE 30 days before.
Small sites: coverage starts only when the SWPPP is signed and work begins.

What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here

We prepare a site-specific plan written to LAR100000 / LAR200000, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.

Checkout open in Louisiana. State ruling: Sell. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.

Small site: $449 Large site: $749

What we do not do

Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
We do not visit or inspect sites.
We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
