Points that are easy to miss
- Both owner and operator sign the CEOS application.
- Federal facilities in CO are under EPA (COR10F000).
- Reapply 90 days before March 31, 2029 expiry.
What a SWPPP Desk plan covers here
We prepare a site-specific plan written to COR400000, with each section mapped to the permit part it answers. You, the operator, review and sign it and keep it on site.
Checkout open in Colorado. State ruling: Sell. The site check on the plan page applies these conditions before payment. See coverage.
What we do not do
- Our plans are not sealed or stamped. BMPs that need design calculations, such as sediment basins and post-construction practices, come from your design professional.
- The operator signs the plan and is responsible for it.
- We do not visit or inspect sites.
- We do not file the NOI or any permit application for you. We tell you which form and portal the permit names.
